Your data

How ReportFlowHQ uses your Google data

ReportFlowHQ creates SEO reports for websites you own or manage. When you connect a Google account to a project, we request read-only access to:

Google Search Console

Read-only. Your list of verified sites, and clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, top queries and top pages for the site you select.

Google Analytics 4

Read-only. Your list of GA4 properties, and sessions, users, new users, engagement rate, landing pages and traffic sources for the property you select.

We also receive the email address of the Google account you connect, so you can see which account a project uses.

We use this data only to build the reports, PDFs and scheduled emails you create in ReportFlowHQ. To write the summary text in a report, we send that report's metrics to OpenAI, which does not use API data to train its models. We never change anything in your Google accounts, never sell your data, and never use it for advertising. You can disconnect at any time.

The reporting problem

Your expertise should not be buried in spreadsheets.

ReportFlowHQ is designed to remove repetitive reporting work while keeping your client communication clear and credible.

Hours lost every month

Manual exports, copied screenshots, and repeated explanations make reporting harder than the SEO work itself.

Scattered data

Search Console and Analytics tell different parts of the story, leaving you to assemble the narrative.

Reports clients cannot use

Technical numbers without context create more questions instead of showing the value of your work.
