Terms for using ReportFlow

These terms govern access to ReportFlow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with data you are authorized to process.

Effective 21 June 2026

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for their members and client projects.

  • Connect only Google properties you are authorized to access.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or service restrictions.
  • Do not use ReportFlow to process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Reporting service

ReportFlow creates reports from selected read-only Search Console and GA4 data. Reports, summaries, and recommendations support professional review; they do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or a particular business outcome.

You remain responsible for reviewing report accuracy and deciding what to share with clients.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at purchase. Stripe processes payments and provides the Billing Portal for payment details, plan changes, and cancellation. Unless Stripe shows an immediate cancellation, paid access continues through the current paid period.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep ReportFlow available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. Features that depend on Google, Stripe, email, or other providers also depend on those services.

To the extent permitted by law, ReportFlow is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Contact support before relying on the service for a time-critical obligation.
